The
invited clinician, # 33 : Dr. Marga Ree
In this section we will show different cases by invited endodontists. They share their clinical experiences and the solutions to moderate and complex cases.
At
this time our guest is Dr.
Marga Ree,
from the Netherlands. Marga Ree obtained her degree
in dentistry from the University of Amsterdam in
1979. After completing her study she was for the
next five years a part-time staff member of the
department of Cariology Endodontology Pedodontology
and a clinical instructor in the central dental
clinic of the University of Amsterdam. In 1998 she
began her specialization in endodontics, which she
completed in 2001 with a Master of Science degree.
Since that time she teaches courses in endodontics
to general practitioners on behalf of the
department of Cariology Endodontology Pedodontology
of the Academic Centre for Dentistry Amsterdam.
Several of her articles have appeared in the
International Endodontic Journal. Since 2000 she is
an active member of the Netherlands Society for
Endodontology, of which she became secretary and
vice-president in 2003. Since 1980 she has a
private practice in Purmerend, of which the last
seven years were limited to endodontics.
