		Endodontic Treatment Report Case Nº 2627 Date : 2/22/99 Dr. Oakland, Ca. Your patient, Miss Margaret E. Broussard, have completed, in our office, a root canal treatment on tooth # 7. She has been instructed to contact you to get the necessary appointment(s) for the restorative procedures. Diagnostic: Pulpal Necrosis and Periapical Abscess. Treatment performed : Root Canal Treatment.   Initial image of the case. The patient refers tenderness upon percussion on tooth # 7. On the digital radiograph an apical radiolucency is evident. This sequence of images taken under the surgical microscope shows details on the root canal treatment performed. The access was modified to discover the complete anatomy of these tooth. The lateral was clean and shaped, then obturated with sealer and heat-softened gutta-percha. The access was sealed with glass ionomer cement. The final radiograph shows the results obtained.
